Life, in fact I love life. Constantly recreating myself through positive thinking. I practice meditation, Tai Chi and yoga. Crossing Rock Climbling off my Bucket list this year. I am a writer, published my first book two years ago. reading, writing, living and finding the adventure in everyday things.
