New York's GOP Candidate... and the tenets of Hasidic Judaism

The great and wonderful process of American Elections is underway in this amazingly wonderfuly, if not short sighted, country. Today's headline via Yahoo is about New York's GOP Candidate, Republican Carl Paladino. A member of the Tea Party of republicans is on the healines this morning for the author of the article says are "anti-gay remarks."

Well I just had to click that headline, you know? Just needed to know what is considered "anti-gay", I do get confused here. According to recent popularity, "thats" gay is interpreted as stupid or dorky. Does this mean then our governer hopeful's remarks are ant-stupid?

Instead we find that a man of reasonable soundness of mind considers gay marriage as "brainwashing children into thinking homosexuality is valid."

*scratches head...* hmm. Valid? Meaning what exactly, let us explore the word validity.

From the article, "I don't want them [children] to be brainwashed into thinking that homosexuality is an equally valid and successful option," Paladino said.

Okay, now we are talking about marriage or homosexuality? Our good friend Carl here is now insinuating (another big word here) that homosexuality is a choice and allowing gay marriage is a way in make homosexuality a valid choice for children.

Impeccable means without sin, coming from the latin word pecatus meaning sin. These words we hurl back and forth declare the state of the world, and sometimes the state of the dream is a drama.

I am here to gently remind our good friend, Carl Paladino, that the core concepts of Hasidic Judasim is: "The emphasis on the Divine presence in everything gave new value to prayer and deeds of kindness, alongside Rabbinic supremacy of study, and replaced historical mystical and ethical asceticism and admonishment with optimism, encouragement and fervour. It sought to add to required standards of ritual observance, while relaxing others where inspiration predominated."

Let us create a heaven on this earth, Carl, let us use our words to begin a life without judgement and hate. Let us begin now.
